Your prostate stories
Sometimes it helps to know you're not alone or that someone has been through a similar experience to you. Perhaps you'd like to know what lies ahead as you embark on your own prostate journey or are looking for how other people have dealt with a problem you are facing.
We publish patient stories for these and many other reasons and are extremely grateful to those people who have sent theirs to us to share with you. These are real life stories and, as such, can sometimes make for uncomfortable reading. A key part of raising awareness is not hiding from the truth about prostate disease and we will never apologise for allowing someone to tell it like it is.
Many of the stories appear in our newsletter Update, which due to space constraints, are sometimes edited down slightly. Here, we publish them in their entirety.
